Mike had a vision of creating an Independent Real Estate Brokerage with the structure of a Franchise, without all the fees and added stress it brings. He has succeeded and surpassed that goal! At the young age of 23 Michael begin this journey and the Amaral Advantage was born! Knowing there would be much competition in the industry, he knew he had to stand out and be different.
